We the People of the world, along side the African people, in Order for them to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to themselves and their Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the African people who voluntarily accepts this, as the final law of the land.
